Terms of use
Working draft · last updated August 2026
1. About these terms
VAYO is a marketplace that connects buyers with independent creators of AI agents and automations. These terms are a working draft published alongside the product prototype and will be replaced by final terms before payments go live.
2. What VAYO provides
VAYO provides discovery, listing standards, checkout and a library where buyers can track the agents they own. VAYO does not build the agents listed on the marketplace and does not operate them on a buyer's behalf unless a listing says so.
3. Creator responsibilities
Creators must accurately describe what an agent does, what access it needs, how long setup takes and any ongoing third-party costs. Creators must provide a support channel, honour their stated refund terms and keep listings current.
4. Buyer responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for the accounts and data they connect to an agent, and for reviewing the requirements section of a listing before purchase. Buyers should not connect an agent to systems they are not authorised to access.
5. Verification
A verified badge means VAYO has reviewed a working agent, the accuracy of the listing's claims and the completeness of its setup guide. Verification is not a warranty of performance or a guarantee of any commercial outcome.
6. Payments, fees and refunds
Payments run in Stripe test mode only; no live money is processed yet. When a paid listing is bought, the charge is created on the seller's own connected Stripe account, so the seller is the merchant of record: the seller pays Stripe's processing fees and is responsible for fulfilment, support, refunds, chargebacks and disputes. VAYO charges sellers a 15% marketplace commission on each successful sale, taken from the seller's proceeds and never added to the buyer's price. Prices are shown and charged in AUD. Support and refund requests are raised in the buyer's VAYO library: a request is only a request, and it does not guarantee or automatically issue a refund. If a seller agrees to a refund they process it in their own Stripe Dashboard, and a VAYO order status or a buyer's access to an agent changes only after Stripe confirms it through its signed webhook. Refund eligibility and time limits are still being decided; the draft refund and support policy explains the current process. This section is a working draft and is subject to final legal review before live payments are enabled.
7. Marketplace content
Listings, ratings and reviews shown to buyers come from creator submissions that VAYO has reviewed and approved, and from verified buyer reviews of real orders. VAYO does not publish invented listings, purchases or testimonials to buyers. Where the marketplace has no approved listings yet, it says so rather than showing example activity.
8. Contact
VAYO's intended public home is https://vayoagents.com and its public contact address is support@vayoagents.com. Signed-in members can also raise support and refund requests through the in-app support workflow in their library. This draft is subject to final legal review.
The draft refund and support policy sets out how support and refund requests are handled today, and what is still pending approval. You can also email support@vayoagents.com.
