1. Scope
This draft policy describes how VAYO intends to handle personal information. It is published alongside the product prototype and will be finalised before accounts and payments go live.
2. What we collect
For buyers: your name, email and the agents you own. For creators: your name or studio name, contact details, listing content and, once payouts launch, the details required to pay you. We also collect basic usage analytics to improve discovery.
3. Connected accounts
Some agents ask you to connect a tool you already use, such as an inbox or a spreadsheet. Those connections are made between you and the agent. VAYO records that a connection exists so your library can show setup status, but it is not a general-purpose store of your connected content.
4. What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share your contact details with creators beyond what is needed to deliver an agent and provide support.
5. Prototype data
This prototype stores form input in your browser only. No account is created, no payment details are collected, and nothing you type is transmitted to a creator.
6. Your choices
When accounts launch you will be able to export or delete your data from your settings, and cancel subscriptions from your library at any time.
7. Contact
Privacy questions can be sent to support@vayoagents.com. If you already have a VAYO account, you can also raise a request through the in-app support workflow in your library, where the conversation stays attached to your account. This draft is subject to final legal review.
